This policy explains what information Sabine Valley Foundation Repair ("we", "us") collects through www.sabinevalleyfoundationrepair.com and our phone line, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Sabine Valley Foundation Repair connects homeowners with independent, local foundation repair professionals. We don't perform repairs ourselves. We run the site and the phone line from outside the United States, so your information may be handled in the United States, where our service providers keep it, and by our team outside the United States.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, phone number, email address if you give it, and what you tell us about your home, plus the page you sent it from.
• Your consent record. When you send a form we keep the exact consent wording shown to you, its version, the date and time, your IP address and browser type, so we can show what you agreed to.
• Calls. Calls to our numbers go through a call-tracking provider that logs the date, time, length and calling number. Calls may be recorded for quality and to confirm requests, and we tell you at the start of a recorded call.
• Technical data. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views and load times without using cookies. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
• How you use the site (Microsoft Clarity). We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they visit, where they click and how far they scroll, through heatmaps and session recordings. This helps us find pages that are confusing or hard to use. Clarity uses cookies and similar technology and collects device and browser information, such as your browser type, screen size and approximate location. Clarity is set to mask what you type into form fields, and we don't use it for advertising. Microsoft processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

How we use it

• To call or text you back about your request and arrange a visit.
• To introduce you to one independent, local foundation specialist who serves your area, so they can contact you about your home.
• To keep records of requests and consent, prevent spam and misuse, and improve the site.

How we're paid

Sabine Valley Foundation Repair is paid by the independent foundation specialists it introduces homeowners to. That never changes the advice we give. You don't pay us anything. The specialist sets their own prices and gives you any estimate, plan and warranty directly.

Who we share it with

• The local specialist handling your request. They get your contact details and what you told us, and they pay us for the introduction. They use it to contact you about your home.
• Service providers that run the site and deliver your request for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security, the form and cookie-free page analytics), Resend (sending your request by email), Microsoft Clarity (site usage analytics) and our call-tracking provider. They may use it only to provide those services.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Apart from the introduction above, we don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or list brokers. We never share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Calls and texts

By sending a form you agree that we and a local foundation specialist may call or text you about your request at the number you gave, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of service; you can call us instead. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or ask us on a call or by email to stop calling. We only contact you about your request.

How long we keep it

• Request details: up to 24 months, then deleted unless we need them for a dispute.
• Consent records: up to 5 years, so we can show your consent if it's ever questioned.
• Call recordings: up to 90 days.
• Server logs: kept by our host for a short period under its own policy.
• Microsoft Clarity data: kept by Microsoft for a limited period under its own retention terms.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sharing it, by emailing contact@sabinevalleyfoundationrepair.com. We'll answer within 45 days. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as Texas, you can use these same choices, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so stops Microsoft Clarity from linking your visits together, and the site will still work normally.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, and requests go straight to our email through the providers named above. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive details like bank or Social Security numbers through the form.

Children

This site is for adults and homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
